Jennifer ng
Managing Director
Jennifer Ng is the Co-founder of Carera Bathroom Pte Ltd and the Chief Marketing Officer of CMM Global Group. With more than 15-year tenure, she has been instrumental in shaping the brand identity and market positioning for the Group’s construction-related firms.
Prior to this, Jennifer was the Managing Director (Singapore) for one of the world’s largest sanitary ware manufacturers. This background in senior corporate leadership, paired with her entrepreneurial spirit, has provided her with sharp commercial acumen and a profound understanding of the building materials industry.
Jennifer’s strategic vision transformed the Group’s cabinetry division from a subcontractor model into a direct project pitching powerhouse. She also spearheaded the expansion into the high-end residential and retail sectors, driven by the philosophy that every consumer from individual homeowners to large scale developers deserves the same calibre of premium quality and personalised service.
David Chang
Adviser & Executive Director
David Chang oversees the company’s strategic direction across both production and project management. With a career spanning more than four decades, his influence extends across the Group, where he also serves as Co-founder and Managing Director of Pace Pte Ltd.
David’s extensive background in the construction industry, more than 15 years with the Group and 30 years in senior interior fit-out roles, positions him as a cornerstone of the leadership team. He specialises in delivering complex projects across the residential, hospitality and commercial sectors, ensuring Jentec remains at the forefront of the industry.
Henry Yew
Executive Director (Design & Product Development)
Henry is a design graduate with over 27 years of experience across residential interiors, furniture design, and retail. He previously served as Deputy Managing Director at a leading Singapore interior design consultancy for over a decade before joining Jentec. Specialising in private residential developments, he has led the completion of over 30 condominium projects in the past five years and won the Best Design Firm award at the Singapore Interior Design Awards (SIDA) in 2021.
Appointed 2nd Vice President of the Society of Interior Designers Singapore (SIDS) in April 2026 for his third council term, Henry stays closely connected with designers across disciplines. He was also recognised as one of Singapore’s 30 Influential Spatial and Interior Designers in 2025.
With deep expertise in furniture design and global materials, shaped by extensive travel across Europe and Asia, Henry brings strong design insight and execution excellence to cabinetry, delivering high quality solutions at scale
Janond lim
Executive Director (Project Management)
Janond brings over 25 years of comprehensive experience in managing complex F&B, residential and commercial projects across Southeast Asia. He previously served as Project Director for Singapore’s first furniture manufacturing facility located at the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where he successfully delivered cabinetry systems for numerous residential developments across Southeast Asia.
Before joining Jentec, Janond held the dual role of General Manager and Executive Director at a specialised interior fit-out company, focusing on central kitchen projects and comprehensive restaurant turnkey solutions.
Goh Wei Jye
Business Development Director (Project)
Wei Jye has been an integral part of CMM Global Group for over a decade, having joined the organisation immediately upon graduating from university. His extensive tenure within the organisation has afforded him diverse experience across multiple subsidiaries, cultivating deep knowledge and proficiency in the furniture and cabinetry materials sector.
Over the past three years, Wei Jye has strategically focused on large-scale developments, spearheading both cabinetry works and flooring solutions for major residential projects. His keen ability to anticipate client needs and provide personalised service has been instrumental in fostering long-term partnerships, driving the group’s continued growth through a client-centric approach.
Venice Chen
Business Development Director (Retail)
Venice brings over 20 years of experience with reputable organisations, successfully managing diverse projects across Singapore, China, Malaysia and Indonesia. An alumna of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (MBA) and NAFA (Diploma in Interior Design), she seamlessly bridges the gap between creative vision and business strategy.
She has overseen a wide range of developments, from retail and commercial projects to high-end residential properties and landed property rebuilds, managing every stage from initial design concept to completion. Her deep understanding of market trends and premium materials, coupled with an extensive regional network, ensures that every project She oversees reflects innovation and uncompromising quality.
